Prices are subject to change without notice and DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING AND/OR HANDLING CHARGES OR APPLICABLE TAXES. Final order amounts, including shipping/handling and tax, will be communicated following receipt of your order. ARRIS reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse any order or request for quote.

Information entered on this site is used solely for ARRIS's order fulfillment, support and marketing purposes.

Site Account

By registering and/or logging in to use this site, you are accepting responsiblity for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Sales Tax

Any tax or other governmental charge upon the production, sale, shipment or use of the products which Seller is required to pay or collect from Purchaser shall be paid by Purchaser to Seller, unless Purchaser furnishes Seller with exemption certificates acceptable to taxing authorities. Such amount shall be due whether or not included on the invoice.

Shipping & Handling

Unless otherwise stated, all shipments within United States (Domestic) are made F.O.B. (under the UCC) shipping point, freight prepaid and charged; and international shipments (International) shall be EXW (Ex works, Incoterms 2000) shipping point, freight prepaid and charged. Claims for shortages and damages must be filed with the carrier within seven (7) days or such lesser time as the carrier may require. Seller shall have the right to make partial shipments. Quantities are subject to normal manufacturer allowances, subject to a corresponding adjustment in the total price.

Returns

Purchaser must obtain Seller's prior authorization for returns, which authorization Seller may grant at its sole discretion. Returns must be (a) made in original cartons and in resalable condition, (b) within ninety (90) days of receipt, and (c) subject to a restocking charge of not less than 20% of the stated invoice price.
